Brad A. Licht and Amy S. Rittenberg combined have more than 25 years of real estate sales and service experience. Both Denver natives (Brad is third generation) Brad and Amy know the market well and will help guide you in the right direction. Since forming a team four years ago, Brad and Amy have sold $40,000,000 of real estate in the metro area.

Brad A. Licht is the Managing Broker of Licht Realty Company and also has a Certified General Appraisers license. With a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado , Brad has been using his real estate expertise in many areas. He has done a great deal of investment, renovation, development, appraisal, and property tax consulting as well as sales and service for his clients. Brad, along with his wife Dana and their three children, is very active in community and social events as well as athletic and personal pursuits.

Amy S. Rittenberg, Broker Associate, graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.S. in Journalism. Amy has been a licensed Realtor since 1994 and helped start a thriving real estate company with over 45 agents and 10 staff members. With experience in sales and service, management, information dissemination, and detailed contract knowledge, Amy will help guide the communication and information paths specific to each transaction. Amy, along with her husband Doug and daughter Tess, also enjoys volunteer and community activities and fitness for fun and health.
